Shipping policy

Where we ship We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. As soon as your order is dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Delivery time Standard delivery takes 7–12 business days from dispatch. We work with international fulfilment partners to keep our prices fair, which means delivery takes a little longer than next-day services — we think your dog will agree it's worth the wait.

Tracking Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, email us at hello@scruffcare.co.uk and we'll chase it for you.

Delays Occasionally customs or carrier issues can add a few days. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, contact us and we'll send a free replacement or refund you in full — your choice.

Wrong address Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it. We're unable to redirect parcels once they've been dispatched.
