REFUND POLICY — THE 30-DAY HAPPY-PUP GUARANTEE

We want your dog warm, dry, and happy. If the Scruff Robe isn't working out, you're covered for 30 days from the day it arrives.

Wrong size? No drama — exchanges are free. Email us at hello@scruffcare.co.uk with your order number and your dog's back length (collar to base of tail), and we'll send the correct size at no cost. No need to post the original back.

Not love at first wrap? If you're not happy with your Scruff Robe for any reason within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund. We won't ask you to return it — donate it to a local shelter if you can.

Arrived damaged or faulty? Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll dispatch a free replacement straight away.

How to claim Email hello@scruffcare.co.uk with your order number. We respond within 24 hours on business days.

Refund timing Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
